Thomas Edison is a dahlia that will forever remain on my Top 10 Must Grow List. It blooms reliably all summer and can produce purple blooms up to 8” in diameter. She is a show stopper and I will forever grow it.
Thomas Edison is usually about 3.5 feet in height but is very robust and bushy.
My favorite thing about this dahlia: I am a sucker for purple dahlias. Thomas Edison seems to be a disease resistant dahlia that has been around for decades. It produces plenty of blooms all season long.
Bloom size: large - 5” to 8”
Height: Medium — 3.5’ to 4’ feet tall
Tuber rating: produced an abundance of tubers that store well over winter (it seems to be a hard dahlia to kill)

This listing is for one tuber or one small tuber clump, which will produce one dahlia plant.
