Shipping policy
Pick-up policy:
All orders placed for pick up will be out on the flower stand beginning at 9 am on your selected pick-up date.
An auto-reminder email typically gets sent out the morning of pick up.
If you forget to come get it (it happens!) please email hello@westseattleflowerfarm.com and let us know when you intend to come get it.
For bulb, corms and dahlia tuber orders, if you fail to pick up your order and do not notify us, we will attempt to reach out to you. If we do not hear from you within four weeks of your selected pick-up date, and you do not respond to our attempts to reach out to you, you forfeit your order without a refund.
Shipping:
Bouquets, dahlia tubers and dahlia cuttings are not available for shipping for 2025.
The only products we currently ship in 2025 are spring bulbs, corms and peony roots. All orders will begin shipping in late October or early November. Shipping is within the US only and will be through USPS.
The flat shipping rate for bulb, peony root and corm orders is $25. (Bulbs are HEAVY — sorry!) Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.
