Refund policy

BULBS, PEONY ROOTS AND CORMS ORDERS: Please open and inspect your items within seven days. If there are any product quality issues, please take a photo and send it to hello@westseattleflowerfarm.com so we can refund you. You have 30 days upon receiving the item to request a refund. 

BOUQUETS: Please notify and send us a photo of the quality issue within 24 hours via hello@westseattleflowerfarm.com so we can issue a refund or get you a replacement. (Please be mindful that flowers are a perishable product that need to be kept out of the sun and heat. Please don’t leave bouquets in a hot car or out of water for an extended period of time.)

DAHLIA TUBERS AND CUTTINGS: All dahlia tubers must be opened and inspected by the customer within seven days. If the tuber doesn’t sprout after planting, please send a photo to hello@westseattleflowerfarm.com and we will refund you. If the dahlia does not bloom true to the variety you purchased, please send us a photo and we will issue a refund. If you have concerns about dahlia disease with a plant you purchased from WSFF, please send us an email. 

Customers have until Oct. 1 to notify us of any issue to be eligible for a refund.
