Peony - Sarah Bernhardt

The Sarah Bernhardt peony (named after the actress in the early 1900s) is soft pink with large, double flowers that sometimes have flecks of fuchsia. 

The variety is over 100 years old and creates massive blooms and a healthy amount of emerald green foliage that fills out a garden long after the blooms have ended for the season. The fragrance of this peony is unforgettable.
