Jowey Winnie is another on my Top 10 Dahlia List that I will forever grow. She produces an abundance of smoky peachy mauve blooms all season long. Her blooms are 4” ball dahlias, which means the vase life is top notch for dahlias.
Jowey Winnie can reach up to 4 feet in height.
