Chewy is a golden orange dahlia with hints of pink and purple. Also, the petals sparkle when the evening sun hits the plant. The center of the plant is green, but fades as the bloom develops. The color will vary as the season goes on, but overall it’s a beautiful dahlia throughout the season that I love growing year after year.

Height: Short/medium — averages about 3.5 feet
Tuber rating: This dahlia produces a decent number of tuber that do OK over winter. I’ve never had any issues with tuber development (or I wouldn’t sacked this variety ages ago) but I’ve heard complaints it’s not as resilient as other varieties.

This listing is for one live plant, which will produce one dahlia plant that will bloom this season. Dahlia cuttings will also produce a small tuber clump at the end of the season, allowing the plant to grow back the following year.
