Bloomquist Alan Dahlia Cutting
Bloomquist Alan Dahlia Cutting
Bloomquist Alan produces large, honey gold blooms with hints of a strawberry lemonade color. The high petal count and shape are eye catching and she is one of my favorites to grow. Bloomquist Alan is a bit of a late bloomer, so don’t be surprised if you don’t see her show up until August.
My favorite thing about this dahlia: I love everything about this flower — it’s my absolute favorite to include in a bouquet.
Bloom size: Large — 5” to 6”
Height: Tall — upward of 4 feet tall
Tuber rating: Tuber production is decent — I’ve noticed that while it produces a ton of tubers, a larger than normal number of them seem to have “phantom” eyes (meaning it looks viable but it’s not.)
Year I started growing this dahlia: 2022
This listing is for one live dahlia plant, which should produce a small tuber clump by the end of the season.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to my business focusing on the greater West Seattle community, this year my dahlia tuber presale will take place at the end of February and will be for local pick up only in early April. No delivery or shipping (sorry!)
I will likely have a dahlia tuber restock sale in March, which I may open for shipping, depending on local demand.
