Snapdragon seedlings - summer orange (4)

I will be restocking certain varieties this week as I finish up my winter planting and am able to confirm how many more I have available.

Four small seedlings of the snapdragon variety of costa that is a gorgeous pink-ish orange color. Last year, this variety began blooming in early June for me and continued blooming until November. 

These plugs are purchased grown by Farmer Bailey.

Snapdragons prefer a long, cool start to their growing season. Once established (and a few inches tall), snapdragons can withstand below freezing temperatures. In the meantime, I utilize mulch (leaves) and low row cover to baby them.
